This half term, our school have been involved in the Francis House Easter Chick Appeal. Francis House is a hospice for children with life-limiting illnesses and provides support to many families around the North West.
Both students and staff have been donating Crème eggs (and other eggs of similar size). These eggs will be sent to Francis House and paired up with little knitted chicks. These will then be sold by Francis House to raise money for the charity. Our charity leaders have been going round school promoting this wonderful cause and encouraging both staff and students to bring in Crème eggs. Thank you to all the students, staff and families who have donated.
