Alumni

Welcome to the alumni network!

Longdendale High School is extremely proud of our alumni. When our students leave school following the completion of their exams in Year 11, they progress on to some incredibly exciting and far-reaching career pathways. Our students access these industries via many routes including apprenticeships, further training, college and university.

In this section, our alumni can be active and engaged members of our community and stay up-to-date about events, news, and more. Please keep in touch and share your news with us; and don't forget to follow us on our social media channels.

Career Profiles

We would like to feature as many 'Alumni Career Profiles' as possible. Alumni Career Profiles provide valuable insights into a wide range of career pathways and inspire pupils who are making choices for Key Stage 4 and beyond.

Providing an Alumni Career Profile is one of the simplest ways of supporting careers activities for both students and alumni. It is a resource that can give young people the information to help them stand out against the competition.

We would love to share your experiences and achievements with our students - please get in touch if you would be happy to share your career profile with the Longdendale High School community both past and present.

Career Talks

Hearing what our alumni have gone on to do in their careers and life after Longdendale High School is a great inspiration for students. It complements our careers programme, provides insight and real-life experiences of a variety of employment sectors.
