One of our Year 7 students, Eve, has recently met with the England Women’s Senior football team, the Lionesses, to create a video that will help raise awareness of dementia.

Eve, who plays football for Manchester United, was nominated after raising in the region of £1,500 for the Alzheimer’s Society after running 100km in memory of her Grandad.

Eve interviewed three of the Lionesses during their meeting, sharing stories of their own personal experiences with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.

We would like to congratulate Eve for her fantastic fundraising achievements and also for her bravery in sharing her own experience to help others.
