Our Year 8/9 girls' football team are Tameside Cup champions!

In a 3-way final, they beat Alder Community High School 2–0 before securing a  3–0 victory over St Damian’s.

Coach and Teacher of PE, Mrs Lucas-Stokes, added “the quality of football in the final by all teams was the best I have ever seen at school level - credit to all girls in the competition.” She went on to speak about the team, saying “the girls were sensational on all levels – I am incredibly proud of them all and it is an amazing achievement to be Tameside champions".
